Steering

Help please

I just had my steering rack changed with new track rod ends
and now my steering fells even heavier than it did be for
I have a 2001 s3 and fitted a steering rack off a mk1 tt it was reconditioned!
Any help would be great thanks

Did you manage to sort out your heavy steering problem??
Just had my rack changed and my steering is also now quite heavy.

Just went over a couple of days the man said it would get lighter with time once you get rid of the air bubbles in the system

i had mine done bout 6 weeks ago and it felt heavier aswell. i quite like it very tight and responsive????

Mine's an 8P. Hopefully it'll get better on its own too.

Can't stand it like this. Feels like a chore driving it now.

Yeah it was to heavy when it was just done for me aswel after a while back to normal but a lot tighter
