meas blocks

When going through the meas block channels i find about 90% of the channels just say "ERROR security access required" in the 4 boxes, is this normal ? I have HEX-CAN USB cable from Ross-Tech

Are you sure you are talking about the measuring value blocks and not adaptation channels?
Which control module are you talking about?
Mind posting a full scan from the vehicle in question?
