In-Dash Sat Nav

Toying with the idea of in-dash sat nav unit, single din. any thoughts/recommendations, or, should I just go for a portable i.e. Syrius Plus?

dont rule out the rns-e double din unit, i retro fitted mine from a single din and im more than happy with it.
completes the dash and sd cards are great.

got my rns-e from fleabay for £420 and the double din cage for £35 then did it all myself in a few of hours.
loads on here done there own retro fit, theres also a website with a step by step guide (photos and all) if you need it.
would find it and send you a link if you were interested.

The original RNS-E is Definatly worth it You will also need the double din climate control unit....which are about £150 on ebay I have one for sale if your intrested drop me a PM

i didnt change mine, i just trimmed it down on the sides like many others have, fits a treat.
