Turbo issue

I replaced my turbo with a new factory one but it doesn’t have a bung hole on manifold.

Yeah I’m not sure I looked for the same engine & code turbo and got this. Seen some posts where tsi has a bung on EM and the fsi doesn’t, but confused me when I replaced it.
