AET-380 fitment for LHD APY S3

Hello everyone,

I´m in the process of upgrading to a ported Chinafold, 3" downpipe and an AET-380 turbo but as I have a LHD APY S3 I cant even fit the V3 80mm tip let alone the V2 80mm tip.
Does the AET-380 still come with the normal 54mm connection or is it just made for the V2 Tip?
 
I also have a LHD 2000 S3 APY.I have fitted the v3 tip from Badger5 on mine.I had to slightly cut the end of the TIP where it mounts to the turbo.Do it in small incriments and test fit it between cuts.
You can always cut it more but cant add to it if you cut too much :)
I have a new AET-380 waiting on my table for the new engine so i cant tell about the fitment of the TIP with chinafold.
I originally intended to use a chinafold but since have preordered the Turbo Concepts Ulti manifold.
When i ordered the AET-380 i told Aet Motorsport that i wanted it for LHD and i got one without the billet "throat"

Do you have any pictures of V3 tip installed? I cut it like you would on BAM or AMK engines and it still didn't fit at all for me.
 
Additionally I assume the AET-380 comes with EGT while APY APX and AMK doesn't have an EGT sensor which would also be a compatibility issue or am I wrong here?
 
I can take some pictures coming week,but as i remember there is not much you can see from the pics, its tight down where its mounts to the turbo.
Yes AET-380 has a threaded hole for egt probe but you can block it off with a block off bung if you wish.(does not come with the turbo)
I welded a bung to the 3" downpipe and also the Turbo Concepts manifold has one,as i want to use Ignitron on mine i have now 3 options to mount the egt probe :)

AMK has EGT, it uses K04-023 and is wideband same as BAM and BFV.

If the v2.2 section replaces the standard compressor housing intake (it looks like it's just riveted on) and you havn't bought the AET 380 VT262-E then you can get an AET 370 VT262-C which is identical apart from has a standard intake which fits a V3 TIP.

I dont know how much there is to see on them but here are the pictures.

Does your S3 have ESP?
