Audi s3 1.8t sudden tapping noise

Started the car after being stood for a couple of days and the engine starts tapping replaced the chain tensioner and cambelt pump and idle pulley gates kit the tapping is quieter but still noticeable any help would be appreciated cars bam code 89000

Oil pressure is fine had the strainer cleaned no codes on vcds just going to put an oil flush in and do the filter and oil see how I get on pal

It really doesn't sound good on start up...sounds like it's knocking from below but I'm guessing.

Had the stethoscope on the sump and block no noisy from there the flush and oil change seems to have done the trick very weird
