Facelift Lower engine mount - wrong bolt or cross-threaded?

Hi

Had my car into the garage for unrelated work and they pointed out one of the bolts on the lower engine mount (near the water pump) was sticking out, but it was tight, so they suspect cross threaded.

Water pump was replaced 3 months ago so I can take it back to the other garage and get them to remedy, but I'm wondering if the bolts removed to do a water pump are different lengths and they've just put the wrong bolt in the wrong hole?

Doesn’t end well in the wrong hole ! Haha.

Sorry couldn’t resist.

I would take it back and ask the question to be honest but if they put it in wrong in the first place then they my do more damage.
