VAG Car Coding first met this RS3 at VAG Tuner Live 2017 where we completed a full MagRide suspension recalibration while onsite. After an initial period of testing the owner today popped over to our Manchester location in order to have some further tweaks completed via a remote session controlled from London. 2017 Audi S3 8V Sportback Dashcam installation and Magnetic Ride re-calibration!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Following our crazy day at Audis in The Park, VAG Car Coding popped over to the hotel where audi-sport.net forum member @MattSedg was staying in order to perform a hidden Blackview Dashcam installation and a Magnetic Ride re-calibration.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The rear camera was installed on the rear tailgate and all cables run behind the trim and following the factory wiring loom routes. The front camera has initially been mounted in the standard installation position in order to see how the owner gets on. The camera can be repositioned if needed as all the cable slack has been coiled up in to the void above the dome lights.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once the Dashcam install was completed we then took the car to level ground, measured up and completed a Magnetic Ride re-calibration. Now this vehicle is a 2017 car and is un-modded so you would expect that a re-calibration so soon after delivery would not do much but after a good 15mins of test driving the owners reaction… just a big smile on his face!

As with many car manufactures Audi offers a number of different sound system options when ordering a car. For the A3 8V vehicles they offer the following:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

•Audi Basic Sound System (x6 Basic Speakers)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Lowered 2014 Audi S3 Sportback Magnetic Ride Re-calibration and Feedback!

Another MagRide re-calibration completed! This amazing example of an Audi S3, with stage 1 MTM M-Cantronic, had been lowered via Eibach Sportline Springs and improved the ride no end but the owner, @jimdadoftwo, was expecting better of the springs. Re-calibration process completed and a massive improvement made!

2014 Audi A3 8V 1.4TFSI Sportback Massive Diagnostic and Coding Session!

This Audi was purchased as a crash damaged and repaired vehicle but soon after purchasing the owner noticed some strange goings on! Turns out that this car was a bit “bodged” in order to get it back on the road and saleable, an example of which would be the headlights. When built this car would have been supplied with Bi-Xenon headlights but it had Halogens, which had been wired in incorrectly with the wiring twisted together! When the owner replaced the bodged lights with new Xenon units nothing worked. The vehicles Adaptations, Coding and Parameters were all over the place also. After contacting VAG Car Coding the owner of this vehicle drove down to London from Bristol in order for us to work our magic.

2015 Audi RS3 8V Sportback Magnetic Ride Re-calibration!

This MRC Stage 2 Tuned Audi RS3 popped over for the VAG Car Coding treatment today. This vehicle has been lowered via H&R Springs and was in need of a mag-ride calibration in order to reset the dampers “0” reference point. The vehicles settings were out by approx 40mm across the front axel and approx 30mm across the rear axel which made for a very rough ride!
