Buying an 1.8T Sport

Hi all,

Seen a nice A4 1.8T sport for sale at a local garage. Its a 98 in Royal Blue colour (not sure of the correct name) with 40k miles on the clock. Its in good condition, I can't see many scratches etc but a few light scratch marks above the key holes etc (expect a bit of this for a car this age though!).

Alloys are near perfect.

It is priced at £3500.

Could someone please tell me if they think this is a good price and what to lookout for when I go to see it tomorrow?

Sounds fair for that low mileage, considering it's a dealer. I'd want a full history to back it up though.
