I just bought some H7 MTec Cosmo Blue bulbs for my A3. HIDs Direct is the company I've used numerous times. A lot of people don't rate MTec but I've never had a problem with them. Great light output compared to OME halogen and much whiter in colour.
Those come us as Xenon bulbs which aren't a direct replacement. These are the best I've found for a legal, contemporary slight blue/white look without looking like blue Christmas tree lights. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350783480379?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
The before/after photo on the ebay advert - I would say is accurate
They are road legal halogen technology standard 12v 55w/60 bulbs. I have them in my car. Those come us as Xenon bulbs which aren't a direct replacement.
I beg to differ.I see they say they are road legal but how can Xenon Gas filled bulbs be halogen replacement bulbs? They are either Halogen bulbs or Xenon bulbs.
