RNSE Volume / Settings

Since getting my S3, I've come to think the RNSE is coded wrong. I know it was replaced at some point. It's showing GALA even though I have Bose speakers. Am I right in thinking GALA shouldn't be in the menu? Also, the drastic volume changes are driving me crazy. Any advice please?

Needs coding & also it may require a new Bose mic to resolve sporadic volume issues, we can do both of these location dependent.
