A4 Cabriolet roof problem

The roof on our 2009 A4 Cabriolet has started to just open a couple of inches and will go no further. Any ideas?

If your car is an A4 cabriolet rather than an A5, it means it is an earlier-generation "B7" model. I've moved your thread to the B7 section of the forum where you should get more help.
