Im not sure its an easy fix to non RS callipers as there are screws involved which may mean having to drill the calliper. Or I guess you could glue it, but makes it difficult to service the pads.

I didn't spec the red calipers on mine and regretted it as the standard black rears are pretty ugly.
I managed to track down a set of plates for the reds, they have pins on the back which slot into holes in the caliper and are held in by spring clips.
As the black calipers don't have the holes I thought about drilling them but bottled out. I ground the pins off with an angle grinder and stuck them on with 300c flue sealing silicon. They are solid (I'm reliably informed they don't need to come off for servicing as the pistons are wound back electrically).
Look good (IMO) and a lot cheaper than the £430 Audi were looking for.

And with plate stuck on (sorry wheel's a bit grubby!
Only difference from OME red calliper above (apart from price) is that mine does not have the shallow groove to allow the plate to sit flush, it's not something you'd notice though.
The rear caliper are wound back by the motors however they won't go all the way back, you will need to get a tool it there to push the piston back flush with the caliper housing.
