Boot won't open and rear lights won't work.

So driving along and the DIS lights up like a christmas tree, it's coming up with number plate light out, rear fog lights left and right out.

Now it does this if the lights are on and the boot lid is up but the thing is the boots closed and it won't open, it's shut solid, I've tried to lock and unlock the car and even tried the key and nothing. It's shut tight.

Any ideas what the issue is?

I am by no means an electrical expert but I would try disconnecting the battery of the car, which should act like a factory reset.

Give it a couple of minutes before connecting back up.
