Gutting!!!
Personally, looking at the damage, like Rich said, I'd lean towards getting the whole bonnet resprayed. Probably set you back £300 or so
On the quotations, if they ask for the colour code DON'T use them. A good bodyshop will not match using a colour code, they will match to the colour now and the surrounding panels.
What about a scrap yard and get a replacement one from there?
Where are you based?Does anyone know any audi breakers ?
Mate, that's not good! I'd be pretty gutted too. I've had a few repairs done to dents over the years and one thing I would say, get it done sooner rather than later as if you leave it, you might never get it done. Also, not sure where you live but I've had 3 repair jobs done from a company called Dingmasters. Always been very impressed with the results.
Where are you based?
Might be worth scouring the Audi breakers' ads on eBay.
looks like a new car
you ever report to the police to get a crime number? I presume the finger marks in the original picture are yours and not the culprit (if it was a person), be real nice if they had left a finger print
I see birds drop pretty big things sometimes, you would be surprised what magpies will try bring back to their nests
Bother, now it is good perfect to use!
