Rear door will not open

hi guys,
I have a problem.
The rear N/S door will not open from the outside, only from the inside. It started the other day, but at the time sometimes it would open from the outside but now it won't at all. Only from the inside.
Is there a common problem that can cause this.
Any advice on repairs etc, really appreciated. A3 Dec 2008

Search the forum, it is a common and well known problem...

Usually it is microswitches and/or replacement lock required to fix.

Mine is knackered too...I picked up a used but tested lock for £20 incl p&p from eBay
