Not a straight swap, you need headlight adapters, possible BCM, coding etc.
All the info is online and has been covered many times before. I completed it myself.
If you are in Northern Ireland you will also need the headlight washer system to pass the MOT as our rules on HIDs are slightly different from Eng,Sco,Wales where they are compulsory to have them fitted with a HID light.

I do most myself inc wiring so can't really comment on pricing. Parts are expensive and don't be fooled by LHD lights as they won't function correctly for UK roads.
If you don't have access to VCDS or audi wiring diagrams I wouldn't even consider fitting them as you'll get lost very quickly. You'd be better PM'ing one of the guys on here who retrofits for a living such as @Ash187 for example.
