Garry. check out www.audibadges.com they have everything. You can get them in all sorts of colours. Gloss or matte. The correct sizes for all models. Found them prompt and accurate.

The only items left on the outside of mine that's not black are the rings (mirrors aside). Was thinking about gloss black ones front and rear.

I've just changed my standard chrome rings to gloss black from http://www.raywelldesign.com/shop/ they are very good quality as I was unsure about buying them from ebay.

Need to remove front bumper to get to back of the grill to remove rings. So not a 5 minute job!

Not sure about the 8.5 but On the B8 The front rings break very easy I just snapped mine off piece by piece with a pair of pliars then clipped new one on, no need to remove bumper
