Hi guys
I have a s3 and im looking to add a little bit more power to the car. I have read about the remaps that you can get from the various companies and the downsides such as the clutch going due to being pants to begin with. I have done some research via google and it seems that the itg maxogen is the best induction kit for gains. The reviews/ topics ive viewed are on stage 2 cars mainly due to restrictive oem air box. My question is if I put this induction kit on my standard car which runs on shell 99 will I see a difference? I plan at a later date to put a milltek cat back system on the car to help the breathing slightly too. I don't expect a massive difference unless the car was mapped to take advantage of these mods but I believe the ecu will adapt to a certain extent? in standard form the car feels like it is out of puff by 4500rpm and im hoping the induction will help with this.
thanks in advance
