Under steering wheels fuses/relays

I'm looking for a fuse or a relay under the steering wheel panel to do with the Electric windows. Both windows are totally dead - no clicking or sounds of life. Fuses are all fine.

Does anyone know if there is a relay or a big fuse somewhere for the windows alone, as everything else is working (CL, Electric mirrors etc).

Car is 1999 A3 8L 1.8T

I've checked the fuses at the end of the dash panel and they are all fine - I renewed them anyway but still no change. I don't know what the fuses next to the battery are for. Really need some advice with these ****** windows
