I believe your PCD is 5x112, i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong.
Call those two adverts up and ask them what PCD the wheels are. You can always by hub adapters even if the PCD is different however this is not "recommended".

Hey Tom, the Mercedes and Lambo wheels will have the same PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) as your Audi (5x112), but just as importantly you need to find out the width and offset ET (Einpresstiefe) of them (the ET or offset will be stamped on the back of the wheel), so ask the seller these things and we'll be able to let you know if they'll fit or not. Ideally you need them to be 18x8 with an offset of no less than ET45, especially if you are thinking of lowering your car, if you haven't already done so.
