DSG Paddles

Stupid question from an old man. Can the paddles from a DSG MFSW be fitted to a 'manual' MFSW?

It's not possible as the paddles require a cut out in the back.
I'd just buy a wheel already fitted with the paddles and sell your MFSW

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think all wheels come with the ability to have paddles fitted.

I have a FBMFSW on my BE and on the back of the wheel on either side are the cutouts for paddles with caps over the top?

Cant see Audi making two different FBMFSW's. Assume if your car needs paddles they are just added to the wheel.

Some wheels have that cuts but most of them don't.
