Hi all,

Im kinda new to audi's so please bear with me.

I've had my audi a3 1.8t quattro sport (180bhp) for about six months now and just wanted a few ideas on how to get some more horses under the bonnet.

Really looking to get to 225bhp at the moment. Is this doable with a small budget? Can people suggest good mods, places to buy and what sort of bhp they put out.

Thanks
Grant

Remap for power and an R32 rarb for the handling. The 2 best mods for their price.

Then move on to exhausts etc, but a company in America is about the only that do DP's for the tqs straight off the shelf.

Whats the best remap out there? best turboback? Also best places to buy from?

Yes the car is completely Standard.

Should be said that cheap remaps are normally cheap for a reason... what year is your car and where abouts are you located?

Revo is a fairly safe bet tbh....

iv got a k04 turbo and manifold if you wanna buy it :hubbahubba:

change the air filter
full turbo back system 3" down pipe 2.5" the rest
stage 2 r tech custom map
forge dv with yellow spring

this should see you good for around 225-235 bhp

handleing wise
coilovers or shocks and springs
r32 anti roll bar rear

a set of s3 carriers would be good set up for brakes along with a set of ds2500's and brembo max discs

others would be to change to dog bone mount will get better gear changes
set of wheels 18" for a nice look
front mount intercooler toyo sports will help keep temps down

any more info there are a good couple of guides on the sticky section
