as far as i know mate the bi-xenon bulbs used in that year were D1S. the same as the bi-xenon bulbs on our 8p2 A3s
I have an OEM set to sell (clicky) in my sig

that Passat is a B6 right?

Indeed is the one in the picture Ash but in an estate and hes got the first style bi-xenons. If i went into a VW stealers would they be able to tell me what bulb it is? If he needs the ones you are selling how much you wanting and how old are they? Cant see the link in your sig though "/

yes VW dealers should be able to tell you which ones they are...

if they are the old bi-xenon then its a D2S, if its the B6 then its D1S.

Oh no problem, wondered why I couldn't see it on your sig. I'm pretty sure its the b6 as its a 55 plate but one of the first as it has the 3.2 v6 dsg lump in it out of the mk5 R32. Thanks for your help bud.
