Has anyone lowered their quattro and has NOT got any clunks or rattles coming from the rear? i have spent too many hours trying to find and eliminate this horrible noise, but with no luck If anyone has managed it i would be very interested to know what parts you used!

Yep - Bilstein b8's and apex springs

Cheers Dane, I had fk coilovers front and back and originally thought it was the rear springs so swapped them out for apex, so much better but still not solved it, next up will be swapping shocks so fingers crossed
