HELP Building new setup [SUSPENSION]

Hello guys this is my first post here, Im from brazil, and i wanted some help.

Im buildng a new setup for my A3 1.8t 180hp manual

Suspension:

Volkswagen Golf IV 1.8T Suspension Coilovers - 29525-2 - Street Performance Coilover Kit - Fixed Damping - ES#1470

OR

Volkswagen Golf IV 1.8T Suspension Coilovers HR - 39525-2 - Premium Performance Coilover Kit - Fixed Damping - ES#10959

What's the difference between them? And what I need more to install them? What is the best?

And I need these:
