I don’t understand why you’re changing the ecu when you only need a cluster coding in. Just alter the details from your old one to the new. Here are pictures of mine Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I believe a replacement cluster can be coded in with those values, like I say I’m no expert on this and hopefully someone else on here can confirm this. Obviously you can get access to vcds so could ask them too, but sure it’s now easy to do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m no expert but I think, if you had had it plugged in with vcds and wrote down the cluster ’soft code’ you could have just replaced the cluster and copied the code to it. Then everything would be as it was. Since you haven’t then it’s more complicated Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
