I agree. This is why I plan to cut the stock amp rather than try to work with it. HU and sub is upgraded, just speakers next.

I just have the non-bose half amped system so maybe it's not as complex (who am I kidding there's no easy jobs!). Am I right in thinking you had your rear speakers wired in professionally?
