Thanks, I don't have VCDS, but my friend has a better snap on computer than me so meaning to give that a try to see if that can calibrate it? I have fitted the new motor but still the same, so maybe it needs calibrating to solve the problem. I hope this is all as it's giving me a headache!

To get to the drivers side motor you need to take off most of the plastic from under the steering wheel and on the side next to the radio then you should be able to see the motor. It's a bit fiddly to take off / change, I've changed mine but yet to reset it with the computer/ find out how to...

Quick update... If I have the heaters on my feet it's hot, and also if I have them on my feet as well as any other setting its still hot, however if I don't have the feet setting selected it blows cold air? Any ideas anyone? Thanks

I have scanned it with snap on scanner and no faults... I have also had a look online and removed the glove box and can't see any control leavers as it suggested online. Any idea how I can check the flap? And where it is located? Thanks

I have a 2009 1.9TDI Audi A3, today the drivers side heaters stopped blowing hot, the passenger side blows hot however when you turn the drivers side temperature up it remains blowing cold. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

I've changed all 4 glow plugs and exhaust pressure sensor and cleared the codes and drove it for about a week now and nothing else has came up on computer or any lights on the dash so that problem is sorted. I'll give it a try. I'll replace the sensor and plugs and give it a service first. Has anyone heard anything about terraclean? My mate says it's good and it says it cleans all the dirt out?

Yeah I tried that first and the engine management light didn't come back on but when I scanned it again the exhaust pressure sensor code was there, I've ordered 4 new glow plugs and exhaust pressure sensor from Audi along with bits for a full service. Just wondered if anyone knew of anything...

Yeah I was going to change the glow plugs with a service anyways but last night the EML came on and was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts and if this would cause the rough idle? Thanks

I'm new to this so not sure how it works. I have a 1.9 TDI Audi A3 2009 and recentley the engine management light has came on and seems to have a rough idle? Scanned with snap on and three codes have come up. Please see attached photo. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
