Heater problem!? HELP!!

I have a 2009 1.9TDI Audi A3, today the drivers side heaters stopped blowing hot, the passenger side blows hot however when you turn the drivers side temperature up it remains blowing cold. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

the flap is either stuck or the motor has gone

I have scanned it with snap on scanner and no faults... I have also had a look online and removed the glove box and can't see any control leavers as it suggested online. Any idea how I can check the flap? And where it is located? Thanks

they don't always show a code
get it on vcds try that
but they are behind the glovebox

I don't have access to VCDS, just got a snap on ethos... Also any photos as to where it would be? I've had a look today but not sure what I'm looking for or exactly where it would be?

Quick update... If I have the heaters on my feet it's hot, and also if I have them on my feet as well as any other setting its still hot, however if I don't have the feet setting selected it blows cold air? Any ideas anyone? Thanks
