So driving home from home yesterday, went into lane 2 of a 2-lane dual carriageway only to then have some bint in a Peugeot not check her blind spot, try and overtake and crash into the front left wing of my car! So ****** off. She got out and apologised straight away but damage done. She actually pushed me towards the Central reservation so I also kerbed both my right side alloys at the same time, nice. So 3 kerbed alloys, and a mashed right left wing with a little scuff on the bumper. Mind you her back rear right panels are properly caved in, Audi make some stuff body shells

Grrrr

So sorry to see and hear this. The standard of driving nowadays is terrible with people seemingly not to use their indicators and mirrors and then this sort of thing happens.

I'm sure that the Audi Hospital will return it to full health very soon but that's little consolation is it?

Thanks. I'm pretty philosophical about it now, but these things always end up costing you money, even though it wasn't my fault. Could have been worse and no one hurt but it's just the hassle of getting it all fixed. She admitted the she just didn't check (or indicate) but hey, what can you do. The scary bit was fighting the wheel as I got pushed across the road!

There are a few previous threads on here discussing it :)

Feel free to add to those :)

Thanks. I tried tiny pic as I can't seem to upload photos now from my ipad direct anymore, any ideas how to do it?

That sucks. I'm without a car (thankfully not the S3 yet) because someone ran into me.......new passenger door, front bumper, wheel guard, headlight etc.....:(

Hopefully it's all fixed quickly for you. :)

That's going to cost her insurance a fair bit! Hope you get it fixed quickly mate.

I really wonder sometimes a about people on this planet.

I just dropped £650 on replacing a curbed S3 - guess the 19" version will be even more. :faint:

Sorry to hear this, not having much luck with the S3, won't park next to you just in case the bad luck transfers my way
