I emailed Jamie from superchips last night regarding if there was chance of tweaking my current map to suit my engine better to gain a few horses and this is the reply i got.
Hi Robin,
We have just released the following maps for the 2.0FSI-T (less than 24 hours ago). The 2.0T is limited by two factors in standard trim, firstly the wastegate is running nearly 100% with the stage 1 map and secondly the injectors duty cycle is approaching 309degrees, therefore covering the entire induction stroke and most of the compression stroke, add in 20 degrees of spark and you can see there is little time for vapourisation. Stage 2 frees up the turbo and the limitation comes down to fuel alone.
Stage 3 is a fairly major job, the turbo, injectors and most of the pipework from the S3, ED30/ Pirelli are employed to give us 290BHP, this again is limited by fueling and the final tweak is to add the camshafts from the aforementioned to up the volume of fuel the high pressure pump is capable of flowing to give 305BHP.
Tweaking any of the maps to get as close to these limitations as possible can give small improvements on some cars, a car with a slightly stiffer actuator may make close to stage 2 power anyway and conversely a car with a weak actuator may struggle even with an exhaust. There has been changes made to the camshafts over the engines life too, rumours that the early engines have a soft fuel pump lobe have come to light with the release of uprated high pressure pumps, we will be exploring this avenue in the future.
You are welcome to come down to us for a power test during the week for £50+vat, we will log your engines performance and identify how close we are to its limits and adjust your map if necessary. Alternatively you could organize a group of 18-20 cars to visit us on a Saturday for a mornings power testing for £30 inc vat each. Data would be gathered on this occasion but adjustments are not practical due to the time restriction. Please feel free to post this release and any of the above if it is useful.

Sounds like it is possible but with the wastegate and injectors working its absolute **** off i think its near to the limit unless hardware is changed.
