Something that existed before MP4... I think...What's a CD?
As far as I could tell, ACC on the A6 was only part of the Tech Advanced Pack (with other bits I didn't want) which is £3500, so way more than that. I didn't include it.How much is ACC...£500...????
Yeah just like 12" vinyl long time before... Compact Disc..... But hey ho,tell me when anything you can download that can supercede anything on a disc, aurally or visuallySomething that existed before MP4... I think...

I know dude. £500 is fine for ACC. Hell, I'd be fine with twice that. Just not the A6 prices. It's £475 l think mate...l was only trying to have a bit of a laugh
The things i would do for those alloys I think i'm in love! Looks lush with the daytona combo!
I prefer the Audi setup on my wife's A3. She really likes ACC and will be getting it again. The VW setup is better. It has the ACC controls on steering wheel buttons.

Decent sound in a car is ok up to a point imo.
But only up to a point.
Imagine spending a fortune on top end hi-fi at home.....but with constant rumble of tyre and wind noise in the background and a sport exhaust behind the sofa.....all constantly changing.
Tbh I am happy with ok sound in the car and spend money on hi-fi at home.

Also, does anyone know why is the diesel A3 is not getting the 7 speed S tronic? They are using it on the A4 diesels.
I LOVE those alloys. I know there are replicas of these available for the A3.
However I note these will be available on the S3 but require Mag Ride.
The 7-speed used on the 1.6TDI is the dry-clutch version and is fine with the torque of 250 Nm. It is however not suitable for the 340/380 Nm torque figure for the 2.0TDI 150/184 and these models use the 6-speed wet-clutch version.I have the 7 speed in my PFL 1.6 TDI. It would be sensible just to continue that on. It's a great box for that engine.

That's an Sline so those alloys are not available on it anyway ??

Yer taste in Burdz is getting worse by the Avatar....lol...Ps does she have a wet Clutch or a Dry yin...lol
Didn't say it was buddy. Said it was a great box for the 1.6TDI and they should car it on.The 7-speed used on the 1.6TDI is the dry-clutch version and is fine with the torque of 250 Nm. Yes the dry clutch gearbox, apologies for not pointing that out...The 7-speed used on the 1.6TDI is the dry-clutch version and is fine with the torque of 250 Nm. It is however not suitable for the 340/380 Nm torque figure for the 2.0TDI 150/184 and these models use the 6-speed wet-clutch version.
Looks like a left hooker with possibly French writing on. They'll have different spec to us.That's an Sline so those alloys are not available on it anyway ??

To answer my other question - apparently the swing down tow bar has been available on the Golf this year. Even though it is not on the configurator.

With the Tech Pack Advanced £1395 you get the virtual cockpit so you save £50 because Tech Pack is £995. Now if you don't want the Tech Pack then yes the VC alone is £450.Why do you have to spec the advanced tech pack to get the virtual cockpit?
Not interested in any of the other bits with it.
Cockpit for £450 yes please. Cockpit for £1845 ahahaha no thanks.
Silver rear diffuser looks naff.
£2500 for 19" V-Spoke ouch!
Because the hardware and tech needed to run the 12" LCD only comes with the technology pack? Why do you have to spec the advanced tech pack to get the virtual cockpit?

Mmmm It's weird... Why would the VC be listed as a £450 option if the configurator forces you to spec the Tech Pack Advanced for £1395 which makes it a £400 option! (£995 Tech Pack + £400 VC = £1395 Tech Pack Advanced)Because the hardware and tech needed to run the 12" LCD only comes with the technology pack?
