When lowering my audi a3 8p 57 plate using Coilovers , ( I know how to put them on and lower it) just wondering if there's anything extra I will have to, eg ... Under the car because it's lower ?

Cheers

Probably remove the undertray, either that or it'll be ripped off at some point.

depends if your front arbs bolts are stuck like mine were and just saw them off nd replace with new ones lol.

Not really, not a lot scrapes on these cars. Depends on how low you plan on going though.

You'll probs need to remove the screw in the rear arches as ur wheels might rub on them.

Going to put coilovers on mine also, so I've read quite a lot about that. There is a bit of chance you'll need to get some wheel spacers if you run stock rims, but that depends on the coils, so just have in mind.

Cheers , just heard something about something to do with the drive shaft when lowered??

If you go really low, probably you'll need shorter sway bar links, cause they could touch axles.

Mines lowered 90mm on back and front and it more or less catches on every speed bump so I'd be mindful if your going this low mate ! 🙈

Mines lowered on AP's as low as they can go and, apart from scrapping on the odd bump, I've not had to do anything else other than alignment which is a must!
