Estoril Blue

Here are a couple of photos for your viewing pleasure. Estoril looks amazing in the Australian sunshine.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. A fellow Australian salutes you and your car.

I was having second thoughts about my colour choice, but you have just fixed that. Yours looks the same as mine except I have a roof and the rails on it.

I hope that my order will also arrive early (currently build wk 8) but don't really think it will happen.

Your brake calipers are red and black? I thought the red caliper option meant that the whole caliper was red? Could you take a closer picture of one?

You're welcome - I was pretty thrilled myself - I hadn't seen an Audi in estoril in the sun so I was taking a bit of a gamble. There has been some negativity about the colour on the site in the last few weeks but I am stoked with how nice it looks in the sun.

Not great photos but you get the idea:-

Have a look at Audi.de website and you'll see a S3 in Estoril blue with the lunar silver interior. It heleped me me to make my mind up for this combo and seeing the photo's on this thread has confirmed I made the right choice over white.

Already posted in the main pic thread but thought I should add some to this thread.

Some of the 50 shades of Estoril!

Again I have to tell you how beautiful that car looks. Really nicely taken photos. What have you done special from the point of view of detailing and paint care? It is just stunning.

Thanks James. From a detailing perspective, not much. The guy who detailed her said he hadn't seen many cars come out of the factory/dealership in such great nick. Basically just a wash, a tiny bit of a touch up for a couple of small swirls that I struggled to see and the some ceramic paint protection (cquartz finest). Nothing more required!
