I've heard that it can be "reset" recently had a DSG oil and filter change and sometimes it's still a little jerky and I know that Audi will want silly money to do it

That should of been done when the dsg oil/filter was done.

Actually mine feels jerky since having its DSG oil and filter changed - i have VCDS, can someone tell me how to check if it was reset? ... and how to reset it if required? :)

Thanks... i'll give it a go and report back.

Hold up, remember the details on the wiki were for a dsg car, yours are stronic's, so check with ross-tech if the procedure is the same before acting upon, just to be safe.

Isn't your stronic 7 gear?

If so then check with RT, I would still check with RT & also if your box is 09G, if not then again, check with RT.

A VCDS scan will tell you what box is fitted..i.e. This is of my car and shows it's a 02E box which follows RT file
