Thanks Stampie. Thought I recognised the name and remembered reading your posts recently on A5OC, it looks very nice mate. So, yeah I am on there but tbh there seem to be quite a few d*cks on A5OC who need to think before posting, lol. Audi-sport is a much better forum just a bit quiet on the 5 front unfortunately.

Looks from your signature you are a past VX man too, I had a Vectra 2.5 V6 Supertouring for 12yrs!

I have yet to own a car with same soild build as the A5 tho.

Probably not too far from New Milton then? Don't know the area that well but my mum and dad have just bought a caravan there so should be spending more time that way for holidays. Can try and meet up sometime?

Yeah I have had a few astra's, last one was terrible so moved to Audi. My dad had the omega with the 2.5 and then the 2.6, both good engines and pretty quick back in the day.

Lol, no mate not you. I am sure you know who as there seem to be a few people on there who like to try and stir sh*t up. A bit of banter is fine but some things seem to go a bit too far which is why I prefer this forum but not much going on in the A5 section.

Yes the S3 is very nice mate, but I needed more room amd betye economy. Certainly have that with the A5.
