Project gAy 3

Go for the JOM kit.
the ride will be a lot better than the
choppy ride you will get on 95k mile
shock.

You reckon? I reckon its adding more knocks and bangs to the equation

Pre actually trying them out this would have been my opinion too, but 6 months of running though and they're fine ... so far

quick question, how hard was it to fit the roof liner and how much did you pay roughly?

and how is the front number plate stuck down, double sided tape or sealant?

coilovers ftw i would choose them over just lowering springs alllllll day long (speak to n8 for v-maxx coilovers they are so nice and comfortable ) mine are still spot on and they have been on for easy 7000 miles now still not a single noise from them

The headliner was fiddly but not hard, the only way to get in out is through the boot which is smaller so you have to try and bend without creating it, very hard and frustrating, the pillars are easy on so are the other fittings, other than that take the windscreen out ha, the front plate is stuck on with thick double sided tape from halfords which is gash, it keeps peeling off, but I need to bend the plate round bait now

O yeah forgot to say, I paid £130 for the full headliner pillars fittings and door rubbers, I need to win a grand on the lottery and this motor vehicle will be dropped on it's hoop

Fitted lamin-x today, looks **** ATM hopefully it will settle in few days

Whats up with the lamin x then mate? If your cleaning up the rear >> De-badge, de-wiper, de-plate surround needed methinks ;)

It's like rippled but gonna have a look today n sort it, if it doesn't settle out I'l just take it off
Yeah might take badges off, the plate surround is part of plate, getting pressed rear plate at UD

lamin-x take a couple of weeks to settle mate, my headlights looked terrible until they did !

Hahaha, lamin-x is gay but it's cheaper than new lights
I'l leave it for a few weeks, if it still looks gay I'l peel it off, I need some green bulbs for indicators

His names fudge and he's 16weeks old, he's my bird retriever, or is going to be once he's trained at the moment he's my sock eater/ boot destroyer ha

anyway back on subject..

Quick update, lamin-x has settled now, and looks ok, can't decide whether to fit side markers and maybe spray wheels matte black, opinion?
Also developed a tinny like rattle in engine bay at 1800rpm, any ideas? Sounds like a heat shield, does it standing still and drivIng and in gear and dipped clutch

I know, I want something different but something that will suit the car, its in the process mate, still need it practical, for driving into the country to go shooting :)
Orange sidemarkers? Opinions

Erm, I'm from the Wirral. Born in Bebington, raised in Little Neston :). Jord will know where I mean.

Haha, I live no where near the birko warriors haaa, I know exactly where u mean, rekon the port is worse than little neston, I get little ****s trying to have the badges whilst I'm sitting in it haaa,

Little Neston's quite nice. I live in Warrington now - not quite as nice in this part of Cheshire :)
