Hi all some people on here have seen me posting threads for help and that and i have seen people post pics of theirs cars so i thought i would do the same as i love my a3 to bits n glad i got it. this is what it looks like so far :) i am planning on s line front and rear bumpers and MY11 for my next moves

i also am thinking of getting it lowered but im not to sure how to go about it?

lower it, stick some 18's on it and get facelift front bumper. Maybe de-badge?
 
i already have 19"s on it? and debadge u mean the rear badges?
 
looking good, i like the colour what you'd need some coilovers and you'll love it even more, sline rear bumper and my11. hows the ride with 19"?

ride is actually all right to be honest, i thought it would be a little rough but i suprised myself :)
 
i might get them taken off... mods ive done so far was getting 19" rs4's, getting my grille painted gloss black, front lip spoiler, RNS, Cd changer + glovebox, centre leather arm rest

To be honest with S-line suspension and 19's i don't think i would lower it unless thats what really floats your boat.
 
Nice looking car mate, wheels look the part. MY11 rears and a de-badge will look great. If you want to go lower get a set of h&r 40/45mm springs, so you'll see a drop of 15-20mm

Loving ur car. Looks spot on. I'm looking at getting these wheels on mine. U say they are 19". Did you buy them direct from Audi new or privately.? Gonna start looking and get an idea on price
 
lee78 i bought the wheels of a guy from here i gave £450 for the wheels alone and then i bought mid range tyres for another £450

olliea3 i used a kit from euro car parts as they are our main supplier from work so i would have warranty from them but they have been great :) i had to get the resistor pack though, yeah they blew my wiper motor but have been spot on since i replaced it touch wood :) i cant really justify spending mega money doing OEM xenons just yet
 
Oooohh looking very nice. I like the 19s on it and tbh wouldnt really lower it, it looks good as it is. MY11 rears will look ace!
 
yeah i was just fishing for some opinions about lowering it but not to sure i thought it sat perfect with the 19"s and definately getting some MY11's off NHN in a week or so :)
 
N8 the wheels i have are what i have bought the RS4's .... i love em :)
Smoothie i bought some rear LED bubls of ebay for £6.95 .... i cant find the link though :(
 
Nice colour looks really well.
The ride height looks spot on with the 19's! I would think carefully before dropping it especially if you like the ride now. Black grill looks good too.
 
yeah i think im gonna stay put with the loweing idea for now and focus on my bumpers when i can find some haha
and i got the grille painted gloss black thought i would be different lol :)
 
erm i dunno lol but yeah i got 19"s and i like them :) what wheels are yours N8? they look sick
 
Those are VW Helios, I've not longer got them, I'm in transition at the mo, as I've sold my current wheels but new ones ain't ready yet! There is a set up of those Helios for sale on vagoc and ed38 atm.
 
so what wheels have you got at the moment if u have sold the HELIOS? and what is a LHS triangle ? :p

your car looks well mate what engine is in it? what wheels you getting for ti next? the triangle bit ... do you mean the side handle ?
 
never been a show yet mate not a audi one anyway, was thinking of going audi's in the park :)
 
i might just atend that yano N8, how do you go about it just turn up at gate and pay? or do u have to get tickets online? also how do you go about parking do you park your car next to show cars like other events or is the alternate parking?
 
You can pay on the day, but if you pay now, you get queue jump and its cheaper I think! The show is inside the Telford International Arena. There will be outside parking but all the show cars (including mine :wub:) will be inside the show hall! It's great inspiration going to these shows, and seeing different wheels/ideas etc
 
Would love to get over to ultimate-dubs, if i'd have thought sooner i would have organised a convoy from N.I.....Road Trip lol
 
hated my ride with 19" it rubbed with people in back like a dog was in boot ... back to std 17" lol
 
i aint going to but, obviously show cars like your ... can any one enter? and how much is it ?

You probably had 235s which never help
