Exchange 1,9 TDi for 2.0 TFSI ??? good decision?

Hi guys... i am new here but i have one serious question... actually i own audi a3, y.2008, 1,9 TDi (cca 40000km) and have oportunity to change for Audi S3, y.2007, (cca 138000km) and plus pay 4000 €. Do you think i should or not???

my audi a3 is basic accersories (i cant find a word for all interier segments, sry for my english) and audi s3 is "fully loaded" (navigation, parking senzors, multifunctional steering wheel, roof window, leather seats, etc ...) my friend (car mechanic) said the car looks very well and owner says this car was driven mostly at higways so it should be ok as it looks but i wanna know if you agree with my decision to buy it

please, real comments and opinions, not based on fact the is hilarious

tough decision. The S3 will cost you a lot more in fuel and its also done a lot more km. Do you really want an S3? and how many km do you drive per year?

25k-30k ... this car should be for 3 years... after that time i would like to settle a family and will need a bigger car, maybe a4

sounds like a good deal but is it too good to be true , have you driven the car , does it have all the paperwork all ok services ok etc..fuel costs are alot higher on the tfsi engine plus insurance but the S3 is a quality car should you buy it you shouldnt have any problem selling it as they are popular cars

It doesnt add up to me !! Am i missing something ? Part exchange your car and add 4k cash and you would not be far of the going rate for a ave mile S3 anyway ?

yeah, i have driven this car and my friend who own S3 (2008) too and he recomend me this one. it loioks like it is in great condition due to 130k km ... i saw all the inspection papers in authorized services and everythings well... checked the VIN number and everything looks well.. When i asked guy why he´s selling he said he bought a house with girlfriend and nees money to finish a transfer, he has also vw polo ... so... really dont know what to do..
