Sorry for the slow reply. Yeh, hockey puck was a b**ch to fit into the TIP. Had to file down the raised lip before it would even go into the hole, plus a bit of lube. Even then it kept wanting to pop out which is why I had to jubilee it in. Sorry, thought I'd mentioned this when writing the guide .
Would imagine the fault codes are caused by what you said. I had a couple come up when I originally removed the PCV pipework as I removed the inlet manifold and sensors to do it. Where did you mount yours in the end?
Do you think that it will cause any problems with the puck valve sitting on a few mm reduction on the breather system?
Mines still going strong and not had anything to empty yet either. The only thing I would like on my can is an easier way to access the drain plug as it is a bit of a squeeze.
Thanks Westle for the feedback, the DD42 Stealth one comes with a side plug which you can fit a tap and pipe to, so you could run the pipe to somewhere easy to access
