I had a K03s remap 2 weeks ago and was producing only 211bhp 230lb/ft on the dyno. Was quite disappointed with the result so did some diagnostics and found a boost leak at the pancake valve. Fixed the boost leak and did a few vag-com runs.

The readings average about 232bhp (186 g/s) and around 260lb/ft. Obviously these figures are all based on calculations using the average g/s and rpm readings from vag-com on 3rd gear 2000 - redline runs.

I am not sure if it is the fixed boost leak that gave me this extra power or is it just because i am using a different source of calculation.

Do you guys think this is an accurate representation of my setup? Or do you think the vag-com calculation is a bit too optismistic?

The /0.8 rule never lies my friend, I know from personal experience that that sort of power is possible from an AGU K03S Setup, as had the same with similar mods to you. Who mapped it? I'm guessing R Tech?

Be happy with the results, and enjoy driving it! 186 is good going!

232bhp (186 g/s) and around 260lb/ftThat sounds quite reasonable mate, obviously you would have to give or take the odd bhp, my car with similar mods and an R-Tech remap pushes just shy of 230bhp and 250lb/ft

Thanks for the feedback guys.. am really glad if this is the case! :yahoo:I will be fitting a FMIC and exhaust in the coming weeks, lets see how much more I can push it :)

I am currently running a cone filter and the air temp recorded in some of my 186g/s runs are at 51 degrees (highest). Is this too high and suffering from heat soak? Will you recommend changing the the air filter back to a smooth airbox + panel filter + improve airduct?

As said sooooo many times on this forum, a front mount isn't there for extra power, it's to sustain the power you already have for longer.

51 degrees is hot - an FMIC will drop that considerably. I only get about 20 -25 degrees on full chat.

I'm sad now :( very sad.

My Dad came over this evening to collect my old KO3S AGU A3, sadly he wasn't able to take it away, as the PSF has leaked out whilst it's been standing, and as a result the seals in the rack have died and it won't hold enough fluid to take anywhere. It used 2 litres of fluid on a 6 mile test drive.

Anyway, back to the point.

MY GOD IT'S FAST!

Really, properly shocked. I've been thinking my stage 1 mapped AUM is almost as quick, but christ I was wrong. my god I miss that car now :(

Have fun all you ko3S AGU chappies, and roll on st2 for me again!
