Looks like your socket has come unclipped from the housing on the right,
Put a small screwdriver in and lift the socket to centralise it and see if it clips back in.
Failing that some of the spurious leads of ebay are slightly too big to fit into the diagnostic socket,
You might need to trim the outer edge slightly with a Stanley knife where the socket plugs into to make it fit.
