Splicing into interior light circuit

I've ordered some lights that i will be mounting flush with the underside of my wing mirrors and I want to connect them i to my interior light circuit so they would come on when im unlocking and opening the doors ect.does anybody kno the best place to make the connection

Have you got puddle lights fitted .. Join the wires if so if not there's a guide on here how to do it

No just blanks in my doors no lights.if I used that option would the lights i fit come on with normal interior lights for example when the car is unlocked

There is a space on the door module to power the puddle lights and door markers, cant remember which pin it was though. I retrofitted the full lighting pack to mine when i first got it. Im sure it would work to power under mirror lights
