Speedo clocks

Hi all I'm new to the audi world just bought a a3 1.6 petrol and inbetweeners my dash clocks is a small led square should I have a display on here any help please guys

I know some of the basic models have no display... Still has the screen on the clocks but doesnt get used... If that any help
