spare wheel size

hi everybody
the spare wheel i have for the s3 has got 125/70/ r 18 tyre on it, is it possible to put a bigger tyre on it so its the same size as the 19" wheels i have on the car?
when next to each other there doesnt look like a lot of difference in the size so would this be possible?
or would i need a 19" space saver wheel?

You shouldn't need a different sized space saver as the rolling radius should remain the same no matter if you are using 225/45/17 or 225/40/18 or 235/35/19....
