Facelift S3 8V Red Shift Knob

Hi Guys,

I am planning to buy a 8v s3 red stitches shift knob (DSG) for my S3 8V Facelift. Am trying to taking the entire shift knob out but facing a problem putting it back. The shift knob button was somehow pressed after it's taken out. Even though I try to put the shift knob back into the shifter the button is still pressed down.

Any one have idea/have the procedure of how I can get it restored?

Well. i just figured out the answer myself... And now i have the new shift knob in red stitches installed. The interior looks quite amazing and standout.
