needs extra track width and lowering... (all in hand!!)

going to add the different mesh to the centre and get RS4 grill as well.

Hmm, think the side grilles in the bumper look a bit out of place all blacked, maybe just doing the centre bars would keep the profile of the sides with centre still?

Good start thou, car looks nice!

its gotta go into the bodyshop soon, so I thought I would have a play.

needs the centre sorted to match to get the full effect!!

+1, looks RS4ish without the expense of a new bumper.

Yup, and unfortunately not the cheap stuff. I got mine from Regula Tuning - HIGH QUALITY RS4 PLASTIC RACE MESH, GRILLE, VENT | eBay

I originally tried the cheaper stuff you can get from the UK, but it didn't look as good, would have smashed if hit by stones at speed and finally... some horrible cnut nicked them off the car from Goodwood last year.

I used a plastic filler - Isopon Bumper filler

Initially used a glue gun to hold the mesh in place long enough for the filler to bond. I also used the filler for the gaps left by the removed centre bars.

You can't really see in the photos, but I also built up an angle to the side grilles to push the airflow towards the intercoolers. For that I used a mesh and filler.

    Cool pic

I like it, looks different. Looks Alot more aggressive with the bar gone though, new grill bar delete would finish it nicely ;)
