Jerky drive

Hey guys

My A3 idles fine when still, but if i drive off in 1st gear it feels very jerky, like if I accelerate a little bit it feels alot and if I lift off the accelerator it feels jerky again.

The same for in 2nd gear too.

Anyone got any ideas?

Check and clean the MAF, Clean the Throttle body and check the connections to the Ignition Amp.

How do I clean the MAF?

I dont do much work on cars lol

Could be engine/gearbox mountings/bushes

my a3 does this all the time aswell i think its engine mounts? also when i rev my car the engine moves quite a bit must be engine mounts! does any one know how much engine mounts for a a3 1.8t?

On mine its an air leak, my TIP is loose causing un metered air into the system

Well had it scanned today and had twofaults reported....

17705 Pressure drop between turbo and throttle valve - Intermittent

17545 Fuel trim Bank 1 (Add): System too rich - Intermittent

Anyone had any experience with these before?

That will more likely be a boost leak or broken pipe

I get a similar code to the 2nd one, except mine shows too weak iirc
