Right so I'm fixing my niggles for sale time.
I don't suppose anyone knows the diameter of the fuel pipe that goes from the pump to the tank hatch. Before I go through the hassle of removing it to find out then removing again to replace. (Only have one car). So if any one knows that would save me some hassle that would be fantastic.
I'm 99% sure this is causing my starting issue. Never starts first turn of the key but starts 2nd turn. I think it's leaking the pressure from the prime. It's an avj so has no return so relies completely on pressure. My thinking is it only started after I replaced the pump which was spicked and worked fine but I broke the pipe off the pump removing it. Cut the flexy pipe short and refitted with new pump.
Just laying the story out so you all know why before I get asked why if you get me.
